There is a new blog in town, meant especially for present and future residents looking to rent an apartment in Manhattan. The site, www.NoFeeInNYC.com is up and running, but still a work in progress. As we all know, people just hate paying brokers fees when renting an apartment here in our fine city. Fortunately, there are a wide range of options available where brokers are compensated by the owners of the property. This means, of course that there is no fee to the renter. The idea of the blog is to highlight various offerings that come across my desk on a daily basis.
